| We are locally owned and operated. Broker/Owner John Magoon has lived in the Pikes Peak area since 1971. His business skills were acquired through 25 years as an owner and general manager of a printing and publishing concern with millions in annual sales. Following a great career with the Re/Max organization in Colorado Springs, John and his wife "came home" to Florissant and created their own brand of real estate services.
Florissant had been a second home for John for many years. His long relationship with the area and his extensive knowledge of its history make him a valuable guide. Actively involved in the board of a local recreation club, John uses his life long love and involvement in Colorado trout fisheries to shepard the aquatics and ecology in the lakes the club operates. |
